Q: I can’t remember my login ID and/or Password. Can you email it to me?
A: If you remember your ID go ahead and put that in and then click on “Remind Me” and your password will be emailed to you. If you can’t remember either one, you can email support@ceband.com and we will email the information during regular business hours.
Q: I logged out of my class, and now I can’t get back to where I was.
A: Try closing your internet browser and deleting your temporary internet files and cookies. To do this click on Tools, Internet Options, Delete Cookies, Delete Files, OK. You will need to Refresh (under View) your screen and open your internet browser and login again. You may need to re-start your computer.
Q: I’m not able to click on any of the boxes to purchase classes.
A: You must have the appropriate state license number entered in your registration to select a class. Click the “Your Account” link, scroll down to “Add License”, left click the dropdown boxes and select the correct Industry, Licensing Authority, and State. Input that state’s license number and click the plus sign. You will see your license number added in the “Your Licenses” area. Click on the “Course Stores” link to go back and purchase your courses.
Q: How do I get a copy of my completion certificate?
A: Log into your account just like you did when you accessed your class. Click on “Your Account”. Under “Your Completed Courses”, you will see a blue link “View PDF Certificate”, click on it and you will retrieve the certificate. Simply print or save the certificate.
Q: What do I have to use for an ID when registering?
A: Your ID and PW can be created using any combination of letters and numbers. You do not have to use any real estate related ID’s you may currently have, though you may choose to do so. Note that letters are case and space sensitive.
Q: What is the link I use to gain access to the class(es) I purchased?
A: If you purchased a class through the Kansas Association of Realtors, go to www.kansasrealtoreducation.com, click on the yellow link “To Login With ID and PW If Already Purchased”. If you purchased through another client, go to www.ceband.com to enter your ID and PW.
Q: I input/changed my password in my account, but the system is not taking it. What am I doing wrong?
A: Nothing. For security reasons, your Password does not actually show up after you input it and click “Update”. Simply go back and login with your new Password and you will be able to access the class store information.
